If delivery fails due to customer-related issues, UpStyle may cancel the order and issue a refund or store credit at its discretion.
Customers are advised to report any visible transport damage at the time of delivery to both the courier partner and UpStyle.
For COD orders, confirmation via call or message may be required. Failure to confirm may result in order cancellation.

Retention of Title
Ownership of goods transfers to the customer only after full payment is received.
Liability
